The services provided — including but not limited to life coaching, transformation coaching, intuitive guidance, numerology, astrology, shadow work facilitation, frequency healing, and crystal integration — are not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, medical care, or crisis intervention.

Life coaching and transformation coaching are distinct from therapy and counseling. It does not involve diagnosing, treating, or curing any mental health condition or medical disease.

All sessions, programs, courses, and digital products offered by Rize2NewHeitz L.L.C. are intended for educational and personal development purposes only. Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed beyond our stated satisfaction commitment.

The Ctrl Alt Delete program and all associated digital content (including videos, workbooks, journal prompts, guided exercises, and bonus materials) are provided for educational and self-development purposes only.

Participation in these programs does not constitute a therapeutic relationship and does not replace professional psychological or psychiatric treatment. The content is based on the lived experience, personal methodology, and professional development of the founder and is not peer-reviewed clinical material.

All digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.

Services and content related to numerology, astrology, intuitive tarot reading, frequency healing, crystal integration, and energetic alignment are offered as complementary wellness tools rooted in personal and spiritual practice. They are not scientifically validated diagnostic tools and should not be used as the sole basis for major life decisions.

Rize2NewHeitz L.L.C. offers a stated commitment of 20% better overall quality of life within 6 weeks for active coaching clients who complete the agreed-upon program in good faith. This guarantee applies solely to live 1-on-1 coaching packages and does not apply to digital products, single sessions, or circumstances where the client has not actively participated in the program as directed.

All information shared during coaching sessions is treated with strict confidentiality. Rize2NewHeitz L.L.C. will not disclose personal information shared in sessions to any third party without your explicit written consent, except where required by law (e.g., imminent risk of harm to self or others).

All prices are listed in USD. Payment plans may be available upon request. Payments made for coaching packages are non-refundable after the second session has taken place. Digital products are non-refundable once access has been delivered. Single sessions are non-refundable after the session has occurred.

Rize2NewHeitz L.L.C. reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Active package clients will not be affected by pricing changes during their contracted program period.

EFFECTIVE AS OF MAY 30, 2025 AND CONTINUING IN PERPETUITY, WITHOUT EXCEPTION, BY ANY PERSON OR ENTITY, IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, IN ANY JURISDICTION:

YOU — AND ANY PERSON OR ENTITY ACTING ON YOUR BEHALF, INCLUDING HEIRS, ASSIGNS, LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES, GUARDIANS, INSURERS, AND SUCCESSORS — HEREBY IRREVOCABLY, UNCONDITIONALLY, AND PERMANENTLY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Rize2NewHeitz L.L.C., its founder Melinda Heitz, and all of its past, present, and future officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, partners, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from ANY AND ALL:

• Claims, demands, lawsuits, grievances, arbitrations, and causes of action of any kind or nature; • Losses, damages, costs, expenses, liabilities, and obligations of every kind; • Known and unknown, anticipated and unanticipated, foreseen and unforeseen claims; • Past, present, and future claims — arising at any point from May 30, 2025 forward.

Arising out of, connected to, or in any way related to:

(a) Any coaching session, consultation, program enrollment, or service engagement; (b) Any digital product, course, workbook, audio, video, or other content; (c) Any spiritual, energetic, intuitive, or holistic offering; (d) Any written, verbal, recorded, or digital communication; (e) Any outcome — physical, emotional, psychological, financial, relational, or otherwise — resulting from participation in any offering; (f) Any decision made or not made in reliance upon information from Rize2NewHeitz L.L.C.; (g) Any website content, social media, email, or any other platform or medium; (h) Any act, omission, error, or alleged negligence by any of the Released Parties.

THIS WAIVER IS ABSOLUTE, UNLIMITED, AND UNCONDITIONAL. IT APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR LEGAL THEORY ASSERTED — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, MISREPRESENTATION, FRAUD, STRICT LIABILITY, STATUTORY VIOLATION, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY. BY ENGAGING WITH THIS WEBSITE OR ANY SERVICE, YOU WAIVE ALL SUCH CLAIMS TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER LAW.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES TO YOU, FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO RIZE2NEWHEITZ L.L.C. IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TO THE EXTENT SUCH LAWS APPLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH CASES, LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

You acknowledge and agree that participation in life coaching, transformation programs, spiritual practices, energetic healing, and all related offerings involves inherent risks, including but not limited to emotional discomfort, vulnerability, and unpredictable personal shifts. You voluntarily and knowingly assume all such risks, and you acknowledge that Rize2NewHeitz L.L.C. has not made any representations or warranties — express or implied — regarding outcomes.

You confirm that you are participating of your own free will, that you are of legal age and sound mind to enter into this agreement, and that you have not been coerced or misled into any engagement with Rize2NewHeitz L.L.C.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the services or website; (b) your violation of these terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any content you submit or transmit through any service offered by Rize2NewHeitz L.L.C.

ALL SERVICES, DIGITAL PRODUCTS, CONTENT, AND MATERIALS PROVIDED BY RIZE2NEWHEITZ L.L.C. ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

Rize2NewHeitz L.L.C. does not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result or outcome will be achieved.

These terms and disclaimers are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action proceeding against Rize2NewHeitz L.L.C.

If any provision of these disclaimers or terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These terms, together with any specific agreements entered into at the time of purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rize2NewHeitz L.L.C. with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications.
